While you are sitting on the deck you can enjoy watching our resident sea turtle named Arthurena. This home has its own private access into the ocean and Champagne Pond. In champagne pond you can swim, snorkel and see lots of beautiful fish and sea turtles. The ocean is warm, clean, clear, sparkling blue.
This home has 4 br, 3 ba with instant hot water, over 1200 s.f. living area and 2 huge decks to enjoy the ocean. This paradise offers 2 queen size beds, a full day bed and sofa bed. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The master bathroom has a prism skylight. Views of ocean and pond from every bedroom, dining room, and living room area.
