This condo includes TWO air conditioners and two ceiling fans, Pergo floors, beautiful tropical style decor and furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with full new size refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, new dishwasher, stove/oven etc.; iron/iron board, linens and bath towels; new washer/new dryer inside the unit; beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and ice chest. Two cordless telephones for free local calls. There is reserved parking for your rental car. This property includes two pools, Jacuzzi, and two tennis courts.

If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
